A. Smith Countryside values the countryside greatly and believes that working in a way that promotes the longevity of our natural environment is vital.

Here in the South West, we are fortunate to live in an interesting and diverse natural landscape that is not only hugely beneficial to wildlife and wellbeing but also our local economy.

A. Smith Countryside understands and values the responsibility as a countryside service to work environmentally responsibly to promote the longevity of our living land and seascapes.

 

How we do it

By ensuring that we have a comprehensive understanding of ecological systems.

Designing and implicating professional habitat management plans created through working with long term countryside experts.

Working to strict guide lines to ensure A. Smith Countryside has a minimal environmental impact regarding hydro carbons and pesticide.

Ensuring we understand all of the above and hold the relevant, current qualifications, insurance and training.

Recycling where ever possible and minimizing the use of materials that are not recyclable.

Where ever possible, using sustainably and locally sourced products.

A. Smith Countryside also stays up to date with all current environmental legislation regarding our projects.
